Delete your account

In the app or on the web
- Sign in at smashup.id or in the SmashUp app.
- Tap your name in the header to open the account panel.
- Choose Delete account, then confirm.
It takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period and no confirmation email to wait for. You are signed out on every device at the same moment.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email exe.andy.yo@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, display name, gender and age.
- Your sign-in methods — password hash, and any Google or Apple link.
- Every session, including the IP address and device recorded with it.
- Your link to the players you were matched to, and your name on them.
- Your club memberships, organizer roles and any pending request to claim a player.
What stays, and why
The matches and scores of tournaments you played remain on their scoreboards. They are equally the record of everyone else who was on court, and removing them would rewrite other people's results — so the rows stay and the identity goes: your entries read Deleted player and are no longer connected to you.
Bug reports you sent us keep their text, because they describe the product rather than you, but they stop being linked to your account and the device details are cleared.
Before you delete
If you are the only organizer of a tournament that is still running, add another organizer first — otherwise nobody will be able to manage it after your account is gone.
